All communal areas across this 26-floor tower in Cardiff City centre were designed to the client’s brief and refurbishment and refit carried out over 5 phases.
Most of the major works had to be undertaken ‘out of hours’ which required implementation of shift working to ensure the programme of works was adhered to.
The works included stripping out of existing fittings, new electrical installation, building works, carpentry and decorating. The completed areas are now fresh, vibrant and modern.

Fullcircle were appointed to undertake full Facilities Management of Capital Retail Park, which includes maintenance of all exterior lighting, lighting to The Pod, street lighting, emergency lighting testing and inspection, litter picking, window and canopy cleaning.
Work undertaken also included full fit-out of The Pod - the Park’s management suite - to the client and tenant specifications.
